The Jammu and Kashmir Police has made extensive security arrangements for the event, with the army covering the Zabarwan Range and marine commandos patrolling the Dal Lake. The Pakistani letter suggests themes such as targeting India as a Hindu fascist state, state-sponsored persecution of minorities, cow vigilante groups lynching Muslims, and showing Kashmir as a living prison.
