Families affected by ORR allotted lands by HMDA

The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) gave plots to families who lost their land during the making of the Outer Ring Road (ORR) project. The ORR project (R&R) special officer VVictor, Tahsildar M Bikshapati, and Hyderabad Growth Corridor Limited Project CGM Majid Hussain gave the plots to 33 people. They received documents that showed they owned the plots.

The plots were given through a lottery on Saturday. The layout was created for R&R victims, and it covered about 100 acres in survey number 507 under Koheda village of Rangareddy district. The beneficiaries received 20 plots with an area of 100 yards, 10 plots with an area of 150 yards, one plot of 200 yards, one plot of 250 yards, and one plot of 300 yards. They were given a total of 33 plots and allotment letters.

The programme was attended by Hyderabad Growth Corridor DGMs Ramesh, Ravinder, Sanjay, Deputy Tehsildar Salimuddin, and others.
