Nagarkurnool – After nearly four decades, the 1987–88 batch of Zilla Parishad High School in Thoodukurthy village came together for a heartfelt reunion. It was the first time in 37 years that the classmates met again.
Laughter, hugs, and happy tears filled the air as old friends reconnected. They shared memories of school days, recalling the fun, the mischief, and the lessons that shaped their lives.
The alumni took a walk down memory lane by sitting in their old classrooms. In a touching moment, they even answered questions from their teachers—just like the old days. This playful interaction brought back waves of nostalgia.
They paid tribute to their former teachers, thanking them for the knowledge, discipline, and values they had passed on. Many credited their current success to those early lessons and the guidance they received in school.
“Friendships from school are special,” one alumnus shared. “They’re pure, and they last a lifetime. No matter how far we go, these bonds remain.”
Some of the notable alumni at the event included Karunakar Reddy, Uttam Reddy, Shailaja, Mallela Latha, Govardhan, and Chand Pasha.
Their beloved teachers—Bucha Reddy, Hanumanth Reddy, Sudhakar Reddy, Rangareddy, and Ramulu—were also present. The students expressed deep appreciation for their dedication and impact.
The reunion wasn’t just about memories. It was a celebration of connection, gratitude, and the timeless spirit of school friendships.
