As the 72nd Miss World pageant draws near, Miss India World 2023, Nandini Gupta, is preparing to represent India on the global stage. But for Nandini, this journey is about more than just competition—it’s about continuing a legacy started by the inspiring women who came before her.

In an interview with The Hans India, Nandini spoke about how much she has changed over time. She admitted that she used to be very shy and nervous, especially when speaking in public. “I was the kind of girl whose hands would tremble on stage,” she said. But watching videos of past beauty queens like Priyanka Chopra, Aishwarya Rai, and Sini Shetty gave her the courage to grow.
