A fire broke out in the kitchen of Pallavi restaurant at Vivekanand Colony in Kukatpally around midnight on Thursday. Fortunately, there were only a few customers present at the time, and no one was injured.

Police suspect that an LPG gas leak may have caused the fire. The restaurant staff noticed flames and smoke coming from the kitchen and quickly informed the fire department and police. Firefighters arrived on time and managed to put out the fire before it could spread further.

Officials stated that a major disaster was prevented due to the quick response of the police and restaurant staff. The fire department revealed that LPG cylinders in the cooking area were immediately moved to a safer place. This action likely prevented a bigger accident and saved lives.
