Five injured as car crashes into Metro pillar in Hyderabad

A serious car accident took place in Hyderabad on Thursday, leaving five people badly injured. A speeding car lost control and crashed into a Metro Rail pillar at KPHB.

The accident happened when the car was traveling from Miyapur towards Kukatpally. As it reached KPHB, the driver lost control of the steering, causing the vehicle to hit the metro pillar. Police suspect that rash and negligent driving may have been the reason for the crash.

The accident caused a traffic jam on the busy road. All five passengers, including the driver, were rushed to the hospital for treatment. The KPHB police are investigating whether the driver and passengers were under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident.
