Food Adulteration Racket Busted by Cyberabad Police in Rangareddy

A gang was caught making fake ginger garlic paste and mango drink from sewage in the Katedan Industrial Area. The police found 500 kg of counterfeit ginger garlic paste and mango drink called Little Chops. The paste was made with bad ginger and garlic and had dangerous chemicals like acetic acid added to it. The gang tried to make the products look nice to hide the contamination. The garlic wasn’t even peeled. The gang even tried to bribe the police officers investigating them. Two people have been arrested, and the police found a lot of evidence, including 210 litres of acetic acid, 550 kg of non-vegetarian masala packets, one ton of garlic, and a white powder that could be deadly.

The police are warning people to be careful and make their own masala powders and ginger garlic paste to avoid getting fake and dangerous products.
