Hyderabad: Starting Friday, a new sub post office will open in Gandipet, part of the Hyderabad City Division in the Telangana Circle. A Subrahmanyam, the Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, announced that this facility will operate from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday.
The Gandipet Sub Post Office will offer various services such as mail and parcel delivery through ordinary post, speed post, and business parcel. People can also access India Post savings schemes, including savings accounts, recurring deposits, time deposits, monthly income schemes, senior citizen savings schemes, public provident funds, and the Sukanya Samriddhi account.
Additionally, customers can use postal life insurance and India Post Payments Bank services for account opening, fund transfers, and digital payments. The office will also sell postal stationery and philatelic items.
