Hyderabad: On Sunday, Union Minister G Kishan Reddy visited two government schools in the Amberpet area. He handed out notebooks at CPL Government School and provided shoes to students at Government High School No. 1.

These actions are part of a larger effort to support students and highlight the importance of education in public schools.

While speaking to the students, Kishan Reddy stressed that education is crucial for personal development. He pointed out that education helps individuals gain respect and recognition in society. He encouraged the students to excel, stating, “Education is the key to achieving higher goals in life.”

The Minister acknowledged parents’ sacrifices, emphasizing their hard work and hopes for their children’s future. He urged students to honor their parents’ efforts by focusing on their studies. He also refuted the idea that attending a government school is a disadvantage, noting that these schools have highly qualified and well-trained teachers who often exceed those in private schools.

Kishan Reddy mentioned that many prominent figures like Mahatma Gandhi, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, and Atal Behari Vajpayee were educated in government schools. He encouraged students to aim for high marks and excel in various fields, especially motivating girls to pursue education and take advantage of available opportunities.

The visit was warmly received by students and teachers alike, reinforcing the government’s commitment to enhancing public education and motivating future leaders.
