A surprise inspection was conducted at Kannaigudem police station in Mulugu district on Wednesday by the district SP. During the inspection, the station’s records were checked, and the SSI and CI were asked about the status of the registered cases. The SP also gave instructions for improvements.
The weapons at the station were inspected for maintenance and security. After examining the surroundings of the police station, the SP ordered for increased security measures. It was emphasized that complainants should be provided with minimum facilities and security, and immediate action should be taken on their complaints.
ASP Sirishetty Sankeerth, IPSCI Ethurunagaram Raju, SI Suresh, and other police station staff participated in the program.
