Hyderabad: Governor Jishnu Dev attended the “World Meditation Day” event as the Chief Guest at Gachibowli Stadium on Sunday. The event aimed to promote mental well-being and the benefits of meditation and attracted enthusiastic participants of all ages.

During his address, Governor Jishnu Dev spoke about the importance of meditation in today’s busy world. He highlighted how meditation helps in maintaining both physical and mental health. “Meditation is not just a practice but a way to connect with our inner selves and build a peaceful and harmonious society,” he said.
