Text Size: 100%

The BRS government in Hyderabad has announced that the TSRTC will be merged with the government. This decision was made in a Cabinet meeting led by CM KCR. The State government has drafted the RTC bill and aims to introduce it in the current assembly sessions for approval.

Since it is a financial bill, it has been sent to Governor Tamilisai for approval. However, there has been no response from her for two days. This is the last session of the Telangana Second Assembly, which only continues on Friday and Saturday. The bill needs to be approved by the Governor before the end of this session, causing concern among RTC workers who are unsure about the bill’s passage.
