Hyderabad: PCC president and MLC B Mahesh Kumar Goud has accused both the BJP and BRS parties of misleading Group-I job aspirants. He claimed that the two parties are working together to create confusion based on a plan made by BJP leaders in Delhi. Goud also made it clear that the Mains exam for Group-I will not be postponed. He urged the youth not to be misled by these political parties, which he said have done little to solve unemployment at both state and national levels in the past ten years.
Speaking to the media on Sunday, Goud explained that the government had carefully considered all options before deciding to proceed with the exam as planned. He advised the job seekers not to believe the rumours being spread by opposition parties. He also mentioned that the government had held discussions with officials and ministers for three and a half hours. He emphasized that most of the selected candidates come from SC, ST, BC, and Minority communities, and there is no need for concern.
Goud also pointed out that the State government is prepared to accept any decision made by the Supreme Court regarding the matter. He criticized the opposition for not addressing the issue earlier, considering how much time has passed since the job notification was released. He further criticized the BJP for failing to fulfill its promise of creating two crore jobs per year and instead closing down several public sector units (PSUs), which reduced job opportunities. He challenged BJP leader Bandi Sanjay to question Prime Minister Narendra Modi about these issues, asking, “Why are you misleading the unemployed youth?”
Finally, Goud questioned the BRS party’s commitment to creating jobs, accusing them of failing to support employment generation. He claimed that over 20 unemployed individuals had died during the BRS’s rule. He alleged that the BJP and BRS have a secret understanding and are working together to harm the future of the Group-I aspirants.
