Warangal: Former Minister Harish Rao has criticized the Congress government, accusing it of failing to maintain law and order in the state. He claimed that crime rates have risen by 41% under Congress rule, blaming the administration’s inability to manage the situation effectively.

While speaking about Revanth Reddy’s leadership, Harish Rao acknowledged some progress made during his governance. However, he criticized Revanth’s approach, alleging that the Chief Minister tends to file cases against critics whenever he is questioned or challenged. Rao suggested that this has become a hallmark of Revanth’s political strategy.

Harish Rao also highlighted Revanth Reddy’s political journey, noting that despite being born and raised in the Congress party, Revanth managed to rise to the position of Chief Minister. Rao pointed out that this achievement came at the expense of several senior Congress leaders who had been in the party much longer. He implied that Revanth’s ascent reflected his political skill and ability to handle internal party politics.
