The theme of the summit is “The Evolutionary Aspects of Physical Security in the Digital Era.” The event is sponsored by the Association of Private Security Agencies (APSA) and aims to raise awareness about the importance of safety and security in society.

As Hyderabad continues to grow as a global city, there are new challenges in maintaining high security standards. The summit will be held on August 30, 2024, at the Telangana State Police Integrated Command and Control Centre in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. It will bring together leaders, experts, and advocates to discuss how to create safer environments.

In Telangana, there are nearly 4 lakh security guards who play a crucial role in maintaining safety. There is a need for better integration of these guards into the state’s overall security system. Learning about global best practices and adopting them can enhance safety and security in society.
