The Telangana High Court has postponed the hearing for the anticipatory bail petition of Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy in the YS Viveka murder case. The High Court has set the new hearing date for the 26th. Previously, an interim order was issued on the 18th of this month, which stated that MP YS Avinash Reddy cannot be arrested until the 25th of this month. In addition, during the investigation, he will answer questions in written/printed form, and the questionnaire will be provided in advance.
The Supreme Court bench dismissed the matter, and lawyers on behalf of Avinash Reddy requested an early hearing on the anticipatory bail petition. However, the High Court waited for the copy of the Supreme Court verdict given yesterday.
