The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) has announced ambitious plans to construct 11 radial roads connecting the Outer Ring Road (ORR) and Regional Ring Road (RRR), promising to transform the face of villages across Rangareddy and Vikarabad districts.

The project will be executed in two phases. The first phase covers 42 km from Raviryal to Amangal, while the second phase extends 55 km from Shamshabad to Parigi.

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has already laid the foundation stone for the first phase work. The road from Raviryal (Tata Interchange) will stretch 19.20 km to Mirakhan Peta and another 22.30 km from Mirakhan Peta to Amangal. This route has been named Ratan Tata Road.

In the second phase, the radial road from Shamshabad to Parigi will connect 24 villages in four mandals. The route includes Shamshabad, Kotwalguda, Anmupally, Narkuda, Sultanpally, Kacharam, Rayannaguda, Malkaram, Ramanjipur, Solipet, Haitabad, Peddaveedu, Damarlapally, Machanpally, Nagarkunta, Bonegiripally, Shabad, Komarabanda, Ubbagunta, Bobbiligam, Kankal, and Pokvarla.

The radial roads will initially be constructed as 3-3 lane roads, with possibilities of expansion to 4-4 lane roads in the future. These roads will connect ORR exits at 2, 4, 8, 10, 13, 15, 17, and 20.

Marking work is currently underway for the Shamshabad to Parigi road construction. Tenders will be called after the Detailed Project Report (DPR) is completed.

Real estate experts predict that property prices in villages along these radial roads will experience significant appreciation. Investors are already showing interest in purchasing land near the proposed routes. Properties valued in lakhs are expected to reach crores once the roads become operational.

The radial roads will connect several national highways, enabling easier interstate travel without entering Hyderabad. This infrastructure development is expected to boost urbanization, establish large-scale townships near interchanges, and create opportunities for agricultural and non-agricultural industries along both sides of the roads.
