Property owners and buyers can check the revised registration values for plots, apartments, houses and commercial properties through the Telangana Registration Department portal.

- Log in using your account credentials.
- Select the Market Values option.
- Choose the relevant District.
- Select the Mandal.
- Select the Village/Locality.
- Choose the applicable Area or property category.
- Submit the details to view the latest market value.
The portal displays the updated registration values applicable for residential plots, apartments, commercial properties and other non-agricultural lands.

For agricultural lands, citizens can verify the revised market values through the Telangana Bhu Bharati portal.

- Select the Mandal.
- Select the Village.
- Enter the relevant Survey Number.
- Submit the details to view the updated agricultural land market value.
