Hyderabad: As part of their annual field trip in 2025, students from the Prof. Amartya Sen Department of Economics at Indira Priyadarshini Government Degree College for Women visited the All India Industrial Exhibition on Monday.
A total of 75 students participated in the trip, including 50 from the Economics English medium section and 25 from the Economics Urdu medium section.
The students were divided into 12 groups and assigned the task of collecting information about demand, supply, and revenue from different stalls. Each group used a questionnaire and conducted direct interviews with a sample size of 10.
The Exhibition Society made special arrangements to welcome the students. They also provided guidance on the routes and locations of various categories of stalls to help the students in their research.
