The Ram Janmabhoomi temple in Ayodhya is very important to people in India. A jewellery merchant from Hyderabad, M Venkatadas, made a necklace out of pearls for Ram Lalla. The necklace is made of pure pearls and red and green gem stones. It also has sandalwood powder inside the beads to make it smell nice. The necklace was given to Tridandi Srimannarayana Ramanuja Chinna Jeeyar Swamy, who will offer it to Ramlala in Ayodhya.

M Venkatadas said that they wanted to give something special to Lord Ram, especially since the Ram Temple is being built in Ayodhya after a long struggle. The necklace was made by nine artisans and took nine days to complete. It weighs 4 ½ kgs and is 8 feet long.
