Authorities in Sangareddy have started demolishing illegal constructions in the Shilpa Venture area. This action is being taken to restore the Nallavagu, a local stream, which had been encroached upon by the management of the venture.
Officials are using bulldozers to tear down unauthorized structures that were blocking the natural flow of the stream. The goal is to bring the water body back to its original state.
The Shilpa Venture, which covers 70 acres, had reportedly taken over almost a kilometer of the Nallavagu’s space and built a park on it.
To fix the issue, authorities have marked a 20-meter boundary around the stream. They are now removing all illegal structures inside this zone to recover the land and protect the water body for the future.
