The weather in Telangana has changed a lot recently. There was heavy rain in many places on Thursday morning. The Hyderabad Meteorological Center says that the rain is happening because of low pressure in the Bay of Bengal.

Right now, there is low pressure forming over West Bengal and Odisha coasts near Northwest Bay of Bengal. This is happening up to 7.6 km above sea level.

Because of this, officials from the Meteorological Department say that there will be rain in districts like Adilabad, Karimnagar, Mulugu, Bhupalapalli, Bhadradri-Kothagudem, and Siddipet. They also say that there will be thunder and lightning with the rain. Because of this, a yellow alert has been issued for those districts.

Officials are saying that heavy rain is expected from September 21 to September 28. They also say that the southwest monsoon will leave between October 6 and October 12. Because the monsoon is active, there could be heavy rain in many parts of the country.

Officials are saying that rain is possible in many states. The Meteorological Department says that there could be heavy rain with strong winds in East Rajasthan, West Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, and Puducherry.
