The district Collector, Valluri Kranti, inspected the Teachers Eligibility Test examination centres in the district. She visited the examination centres set up in Krishna Veni College and SVM College in Gadwal town. She enquired about the facilities arranged for the exams and inspected the examination halls.

During her visit, the collector also enquired about the attendance with the superintendent. According to the records, 8052 candidates were scheduled to appear for the exam. Out of the 13255 applicants, 7030 candidates appeared, and 1022 were absent in all 34 centres. For the afternoon session, 5203 candidates were supposed to appear, but only 4825 appeared and 378 candidates were absent. The examination was completed peacefully without any disturbance.

MEO Raju, chief superintendent Hanumanthu Reddy, Nageswar Rao, and Tashildars also participated in the inspection along with the district Collector.
