Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTUH) has partnered with two German institutions: Knowledge Foundation at Reutlingen University and University of Kassel.
On Thursday, JNTUH and the German universities signed an agreement. This aims to start an International Integrated Bachelor’s and Master’s Program, giving students a global academic experience.
The program offers a dual qualification: a Bachelor’s degree from JNTUH and a Master’s degree from a German partner university. It includes study periods in both India and Germany, promoting global exposure and cultural learning.
The collaboration with KF Reutlingen University allows students to join a 5.5-year program in Professional Software Engineering. They will study one semester at JNTUH, then three semesters at KF Reutlingen.
This partnership encourages cultural exchange and academic excellence.
For the University of Kassel, the MoU expands the double-degree Master of Science program in “Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency – Management, Engineering, and Application (REMENA)” with JNTUH. This enhances skills in energy systems and sustainability.
The agreement was signed by JNTUH Vice-Chancellor Dr. T. Kishen Kumar Reddy, Daniel Geigis, CEO of KF Reutlingen University, Prof. Dr. SC. Techn. Dirk Dahlhaus, Head of ECE Program at University of Kassel, Raj Vangapandu, President of German Varsity, and Dr. N. Bangararaju, CEO of Indo-Euro Synchronization, India.
