Hyderabad – To celebrate its 10th anniversary, the Telangana Forest Development Corporation (TGFDC) is hosting a special Bird Walk at the Botanical Garden on May 11. This event welcomes people of all ages, from children to adults, and aims to help the public understand and appreciate local bird species and their natural habitats.
During the walk, participants will explore how to identify different birds, learn about their nesting preferences, and understand their feeding behaviors. The event will also highlight how birds fly, communicate, and interact with each other in the wild.
Experienced naturalists and botanists will guide the walk. They’ll share valuable insights and help participants spot birds in their natural environment. According to Ranjith Naik, Executive Director of Eco-Tourism, the event is a great way to connect people with nature and spread awareness about conservation.
