K. Kavitha, leader of Telangana Jagruti, has announced her strong backing for the ‘Bandh for Justice’ happening on October 18. This event focuses on pushing for Backward Classes (BC) reservations. In a message to R. Krishnaiah, head of Telangana BC JAC, she emphasized the need for joint efforts in the protest, showing her dedication to the cause.
R. Krishnaiah confirmed his unwavering support for the bandh after receiving Kavitha’s call for action. Kavitha stressed her commitment to securing BC reservations, clearly stating her stance on this issue.
Kavitha criticized the Congress party for their contradictory actions. She pointed out that although they passed bills in the state legislature, they failed to pressure the central government. She found it ‘ridiculous’ for them to promote a bandh after seemingly supporting BC reservations.
