New Delhi: BRS MLC K Kavitha was sent to ED custody till March 23 by the Rouse Avenue court in the Delhi liquor policy scam. She will be questioned by ED every day for about 8 years, and will be allowed to have food from home and meet family members.
During the 7 days of custody, she may be questioned along with some of those who turned as approvers. There is a possibility that Manish Sisodia and Kavitha may also be brought face to face for questioning.
Kavitha was arrested in Hyderabad on Friday by the ED and was brought to Delhi. On Saturday morning, she was produced before the ED court.
