Khammam MP Nama Nageswara Rao has been recognized as the top-performing Member of Parliament in terms of attendance during the 17th Lok Sabha sessions from Telangana. He attended 241 out of 273 days, with an impressive attendance percentage of 88.3%.
Rao also actively participated in parliamentary discussions by posing 202 questions on various issues. This shows his dedication to representing the interests of his constituents. Following closely behind him was Nizamabad MP Arvind, who attended 240 days but asked fewer questions at 78.
Among the BRS Lok Sabha members from Telangana, Chevella MP Gaddam Ranjith Reddy stood out for raising 345 questions during his 194 days of attendance. Rao’s efforts have been crucial in securing important projects and funding allocations for the state and district since Telangana’s inception.
