In Rangareddy, a campaign was organized by television artist Komarakka to support Palamuru Vishnuvardhan Reddy. The campaign took place in several villages including Kondannaguda, VenkannaGuda, Veljerla, Kongaguda, LingareddyGuda, Nagulapalli, RasmallaGuda, Elikatta, Rangampalli, Mogiligidda, and Kandivanam in the Farooq Nagar mandal.
