The government, through TSIIC, provided the necessary infrastructure and facilities for the IT tower. Agreements have been made with companies planning to establish their presence in the tower. On July 21, the job placement process for IT companies was conducted, resulting in the recruitment of skilled individuals.

The IT tower was built meticulously with three floors, including the ground floor. The design includes an acre of land, with an additional 2.5 acres reserved for future expansion. This development aims to promote the growth of the IT sector, attract more companies, and create job opportunities in Nizamabad.
