The Congress party, which came to power in Telangana with the promise of six guarantees, is confident that it will fulfill all the guarantees under any circumstances. The Congress government in Karnataka also made similar promises. However, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s recent comments in the Karnataka Assembly reveal the actual situation. He questioned where they would get the money from and if it was possible to do everything they promised during the elections. KTR, the working president of BRS and former minister, responded to these comments. He criticized Siddaramaiah for deceiving the people and questioned if this would be the future of Telangana as well. KTR also stated that basic research and planning should be done before making bold statements.
