Hyderabad’s metro rail system, operated by L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Limited, is planning to introduce parking fees at two of its stations: Nagole and Miyapur. Recently, a trial was conducted at the Nagole station to ensure that all systems are working efficiently.

Starting on August 25, drivers parking at Nagole metro station will need to pay a parking fee. This new system will also be implemented at Miyapur metro station beginning on September 1.

The parking facilities at these stations will be well-organized, providing separate areas for two-wheelers and four-wheelers. To enhance security and convenience, there will be bio-toilets, continuous CCTV surveillance, and on-ground security personnel. Additionally, passengers can pay the parking fees using app-based QR codes. For added convenience, the details of the parking fees are clearly displayed at both locations.
