Hyderabad: Vivek Venkatswamy, the Minister for Labour and Employment, has vowed to restore the Indiramma houses that were reportedly taken away during the BRS government.
At Gandhi Bhavan, during his first appearance in the weekly face-to-face program, the Minister heard various complaints from the public. Among these were grievances about the alleged loss of Indiramma houses under the previous administration. Affected individuals claimed that officials had wrongfully removed their rights to these homes.
Minister Vivek stated that he has received numerous requests from different districts and is aware of the issues faced by the people. He has already discussed the land problems of Dalits with the Vikarabad Collector and plans to solve these issues with the help of relevant departments.
“I have talked to the Vikarabad and Hyderabad collectors about double bedroom housing and Dalit concerns. People from many districts have submitted their applications. Some issues are being settled immediately after discussions with department officials. This program is beneficial as it reveals the public’s views on the government. For the past 10 years, people lacked the opportunity to directly communicate with ministers. However, this government allows them to meet ministers directly,” he explained.
