Local MLA Thudi Megha Reddy accused BRS leadership of sacrificing Nagarkurnool candidate R S Praveen Kumar in the Lok Sabha elections by colluding with the saffron party. He claimed that BRS agents disappeared for 30 minutes during the elections, raising questions about their agreement with the BJP to hide irregularities.
Reddy expressed confidence that the Assembly election result would be repeated on June 4 and criticized local Congress leaders for spreading negativity. He thanked party activists, CPM, and CPI for their support in the LS polls.
The MLA highlighted the campaign slogan ‘Save Wanaparthy’ to end BRS dictatorial rule and praised Congress leaders for their hard work. He anticipated a favorable outcome in the results due to people’s support and cooperation from Left parties.
Reddy recalled the successful ‘Good Morning Wanaparthy’ election campaign conducted with party leaders and activists to connect with voters. He criticized former local leaders for running smear campaigns against him and questioned their absence in the LS campaign.
