    Mandhani MLA and former minister D Sridhar Babu helped the Congress party win in the Karnataka elections. He is the secretary of AICC and co-incharge of Karnataka affairs. Sridhar Babu’s family supports the Congress party. He was successful in managing the party by staying in Karnataka for three months before the elections. He coordinated with party leaders in his area and played his part in the party’s success.

    The Congress party leaders like Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, and AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge joined the activists and leaders to ensure victory in Karnataka. Sridhar Babu also participated in the election campaign along with other prominent leaders. He coordinated with booth level leaders as well as state level leaders to ensure success for the Congress party.

    Sridhar Babu was satisfied with his work as the in-charge of Karnataka during the elections. He said that the hard work of party leaders and people’s trust in the party brought victory to the Congress. Sridhar Babu campaigned in 42 constituencies in Bidar, Bellary, Kalaburagi, Koppal, Yadgir, Vijayanagara, and Raichur districts. The Congress won in 38 out of these 42 constituencies.
