Bhupalapally – Local MLA Gandra Satyanarayana Rao has called on the Congress Party to aim for a strong win in the upcoming municipal elections in Bhupalapally district. He stressed that only candidates with good public image and integrity should be chosen to contest.
On Saturday, the Congress held a key strategy meeting at the party office in Bhupalapally. The meeting was led by Municipal Congress President Islavat Devun and attended by senior leaders from all 30 wards of the town.
During the meeting, MLA Satyanarayana Rao reminded everyone of the message from Congress State Affairs In-charge Meenakshi Natarajan. She had emphasized the importance of building the party from the grassroots and ensuring social justice in leadership selection.

He said the goal is clear—Congress must win all 30 wards and secure a big majority. He believes this is possible with careful planning and strong candidates.
Several notable leaders attended the meeting, including District Congress President and Trade Promotion Corporation Chairman Aiyt Prakash Reddy, district observer Masampelli Lingaji, and MLA Gandra Satyanarayana Rao himself.
