MLA Vijayudu Prays at Local Temples on Special Friday

Gadwal: On the last Friday of the sacred month of Ashada, Alampur MLA Vijayudu visited the famous Sri Jogulamba and Sri Bala Brahmeshwara Swamy temples. He prayed to the deities, catching the attention of both devotees and temple officials. This visit was significant as it coincided with the special Shakambari Devi Alankaram for Goddess Jogulamba, a revered form during this holy time.

When Vijayudu reached the temple, the authorities and priests greeted him warmly with traditional honors. He took part in special rituals and pujas for Goddess Jogulamba and Lord Bala Brahmeshwara Swamy. The priests performed these ceremonies as per tradition and later offered him Sesha Vastram (holy cloth) and Teertha Prasadam as blessings.

In a show of devotion, MLA Vijayudu shared prasadam with the devotees gathered at the temple, extending the spiritual blessings to everyone present.

The event saw the involvement of BRS party leaders, local activists, and many devotees who joined Vijayudu for the darshan and rituals. This visit emphasized his spiritual bond with Alampur’s ancient temples and his active participation in local cultural and religious events.

The Jogulamba temple, one of the Ashta Dasha Shakti Peethas, is of great religious importance. During Ashada Fridays, thousands of devotees visit to seek divine blessings.
