Gadwal: In an effort to improve healthcare in the area, Dr. S.A. Sampath Kumar, AICC Secretary and former Alampur MLA, visited the construction site of a 100-bed hospital at Alampur Chowrasta in Jogulamba Gadwal district.
Dr. Sampath Kumar met with hospital staff and medical professionals. He expressed concern about the delays in opening the hospital and stressed the need to make it operational soon.
He promised that under the guidance of Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and Health Minister Damodar Raja Narasimha, everything necessary would be done quickly to open the hospital.
Dr. Sampath Kumar criticized the previous TRS government for using the hospital as a mere election prop, leaving it unusable. He called it unfortunate that a facility meant for thousands was neglected.
He emphasized the importance of equipping the hospital with necessary medical tools and staff immediately. He pledged to raise the issue with relevant ministers, assuring the public that the Alampur Area Hospital would soon be up and running.
“My priority is the health of Alampur residents. I will make sure they get the healthcare they need,” he declared.
Additionally, he urged the public and party members to support Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and the Congress party’s efforts to bring more development and welfare to Alampur.
Notable attendees included Hospital In-charge Superintendent Syed, Jogulamba Gadwal Government Hospital Superintendent Dr. Vinod Kumar, Jogulamba Temple Committee Chairman Konkala Nageshwar Reddy, and various Mandal Presidents and Congress leaders.
This visit brings hope to Alampur residents who have been waiting for the promised 100-bed hospital to provide them with proper medical services.
