MLC Kavitha’s judicial remand extended in Delhi Liquor case

BRS MLC Kavitha’s judicial remand in the Delhi Liquor Policy case was extended by the Rouse Avenue Special Court on Monday. Judge Kaveri Baweja issued the order for the extension of Kavitha’s remand.

Kavitha was arrested by the ED two months ago in connection with the liquor policy case and has been in Tihar Jail since then. Her remand has been extended multiple times by a special CBI court. The latest extension will keep Kavitha in remand until June 3.

During the court proceedings, Kavitha was presented virtually before the authorities.
