More candidates from AP and Telangana to appear as JEE Advanced 2023 exam commences nationwide

The JEE Advanced-2023 exam for admission to IITs has started across India. 1.9 lakh candidates are taking part in this exam, which is conducted by IIT Guwahati. The exam consists of two papers, with morning and afternoon sessions. The morning session is from 9 am to 12 pm, and the afternoon session is from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm.

Compared to last year, over 20,000 more candidates are taking part in the exam. There has also been a 25 percent increase in the number of female candidates. The JEE Advanced 2023 exam will see more candidates from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, with arrangements set up at 25 centres in Andhra Pradesh and 13 in Telangana.
