    MP Rajya Sabha Vaddiraju Ravichandra has stated that the arrest of BRS senior leader and MLC Kavitha is not illegal. He mentioned that the case is still pending in the Supreme Court as the notification for the Lok Sabha elections approaches.

    He criticized the sudden arrest by the central government agency ED before the elections, calling it a misuse of central government agencies for political gain. He accused BJP national leaders of trying to destabilize the state and bring it under their control.

    MP Vaddiraju alleged that this arrest was part of a political conspiracy against the progress made under Telangana’s first Chief Minister KCR. He expressed confidence that the people of Telangana would support MLC Kavita during this time.

    He emphasized that KCR has faced challenges before and is not afraid of such actions. The MP condemned the use of law enforcement agencies for political purposes and urged for support for Kavita from the entire Telangana community.
