Dr Sridhar Reddy Peddi, Treasurer of the CSI Telangana Chapter, Dr Rajeev Garg, Past President of TS CSI, Dr Sridhar Kasturi, Organising Secretary of CSI NIC 2023, and Dr VS Ramchandra, President of TS CSI, will be hosting the National Interventional Council (NIC) 2023- Cardiological Society of India (CSI) conference. The conference will take place on June 30th, July 1st, and July 2nd in Hyderabad. This conference aims to provide a platform for cardiologists to exchange ideas and learn about the latest advances in Interventional Cardiology. The conference will feature live case transmissions, workshops, and other academic activities.
The CSI is the oldest and most prestigious organization of cardiologists in India, and NIC is the Interventional forum of the CSI. NIC organizes the premier Interventional Conference every year and has a strong reputation worldwide. Around 3000 cardiologists from India and around the world are expected to attend the conference. The conference will showcase 40 live case transmissions from medical centers in India and abroad to update attendees on the latest trends in cardiovascular disease management.
This year’s conference will focus on recent updates and live case transmissions on structural interventions, image-guided PCI, CHIP PCI, CTO, MCS support, and plaque modification strategies. The conference will also include hands-on sessions and workshops for young interventional cardiologists on various topics.
In a first for any cardiology conference in India, CSI-NIC 2023 plans to conduct over 350 challenging case presentations across 13 categories. There will be 24 live cases in coronary intervention, featuring 8 international operators and live cases on LMCA, Bifurcation, Calcium, CTO, and Complex PCI.
