Indian Prime Minister Modi met with a group of important people in the US to improve their collaboration. The group included Professor Rattan Lal, an agricultural scientist, and others like Dr. Neeli Bendapudi, Dr. Pradeep Khosla, and Ms. Chandrika Tandon. They talked about solutions for climate change and how they could help India. PM Modi also met with healthcare professionals like Nobel Laureate Dr. Peter Agre to talk about pandemic healthcare.

During the meeting, Elon Musk announced that Tesla and Starlink would be entering India soon. He said he was a fan of PM Modi and would be visiting India in 2019.
