OU Vice-Chancellor urges embracing innovation, integrity, and social responsibility for solutions

Hyderabad: The University College of Engineering at Osmania University celebrated its Graduation Day 2025 on Sunday, honoring 510 graduates. The event was attended by Vice-Chancellor Prof. Kumar Molugaram, faculty, alumni, and students, creating a lively and proud atmosphere.

During the ceremony, students received 25 Gold Medals, 15 Cash Awards, and 25 Rank Certificates for outstanding achievements. Srinivasa Rao Kakumanu, CEO & MD of MosChip Technologies Ltd., received the Distinguished Alumni Award–2025 for his significant contributions to industry and academia.

Prof. Molugaram, the Chief Guest, was honored with a Citation of Honour. He encouraged graduates to focus on innovation, integrity, and social responsibility. “Solve the unsolved problems,” he advised, urging them to combine hard work with smart strategies and strong networks for success. He highlighted the importance of the Art of Living for a balanced life.

Prof. Molugaram announced Gopala T.K. Krishna as the new Adjunct Professor and discussed infrastructure updates, including the opening of Bhima Hostel and plans to replace Ganga Hostel.
