    Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke to the media after visiting those injured in a train accident. He said that it was a heartbreaking incident and that the government will provide all necessary help to the families of those who died. He ordered a thorough investigation into the cause of the accident and thanked the Odisha government officials for their efforts in rescue operations.

    Modi also thanked the people who joined in the rescue operations, especially the youth who helped the rescue teams throughout the night and donated blood to save many lives. He promised that the guilty parties would not be spared, and the highest punishment would be given to them.

    The Prime Minister expressed his sorrow and condolences for those who lost their lives and prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured. He said that efforts were underway to restore the track and hoped that train services would soon be restored.
