    Hyderabad: The Cyberabad Central Crime Station (CCS) Rajendranagar zone, along with the Crime Staff of Rajendranagar Police, arrested five people involved in house burglaries. The police seized gold and diamond ornaments worth Rs 35 lakhs from them.

    The arrested individuals are Gunjapogu Sudhakar (33), Bandari Samson (22), Shanidev Salunke (20), Amarjeet Singh (31), and Gunjapogu Suresh (30). The police were able to solve five burglary cases reported in Rajendranagar, Raidurgam, and Pet Basheerbagh police stations through these arrests.

    According to the police, Gunjapogu Sudhakar is a habitual offender. He has been involved in many automobile thefts and house break-ins across various police stations. Previously, he was involved in almost 50 property-related crimes and has been sent to jail multiple times. The Asif Nagar Police even invoked the Preventive Detention (PD) Act against him.

    While in jail, Sudhakar befriended Bandari Samson and Shanidev Salunke. Together, they planned more criminal activities during their time in prison.
