The Sujatanagar police recently arrested a gang involved in distributing fake notes in various places in Kothagudem. The gang included individuals from Andhra Pradesh such as Singamshetty Satya, Phanikumar from East Godavari district, Vamsikrishna from Rajahmundry, as well as Suresh and Rakesh from Sujatanagar. Another member of the gang managed to escape, but the rest were apprehended by the police and are now in custody.
It is important to note that fake currency notes have been a longstanding issue originating from Andhra Pradesh. The police are actively working to tackle this problem and ensure the safety and security of the community.
