    Hyderabad Traffic Police organized an awareness program for autos, truck drivers, and Hawkers as part of Road Safety Month. The program took place at Kings Palace Function Hall in Gudimalkapur and was attended by the Hyderabad city police Commissioner K Sreenivasa Reddy and Telugu film actor Siddu Jonnalagadda.

    During the event, P Viswaprasad, Additional CP Traffic, highlighted the importance of road safety and urged drivers to follow traffic rules. He praised the services of autos, which play a significant role in urban transport, but also addressed the mistakes and traffic violations committed by them. He requested their cooperation in improving the traffic situation in the city.

    Siddu Jonnalagadda, known as DJ Tillu in films, shared his personal experience of escaping a road accident by wearing safety gear. He emphasized the importance of following traffic rules to prevent accidents and save lives.

    K Sreenivasa Reddy expressed his gratitude to hospitals and the Rotary Club for organizing eye tests for auto and truck drivers. He appreciated the efforts of doctors and paramedical staff in providing this service.

    During the event, pre-recorded auto messages on road safety were released by the chief guest and other dignitaries.

    In addition to this, Cyberabad police held a meeting with the management of malls and pubs to discuss road safety measures. The meeting addressed issues such as traffic congestion, parking facilities, and staff management in front of malls.

    Overall, these road safety awareness programs aim to encourage citizens to follow traffic rules and reduce accidents on the roads.
