Minister Ponguleti held a virtual meeting with officials to monitor the fund distribution. He emphasized that all payments are being sent directly to the beneficiaries’ bank accounts in four stages, without involving any middlemen.

    According to the scheme:
₹1 lakh is given after the basement is completed.
₹1.25 lakh is paid once the walls are built.
₹1.75 lakh is issued when the slab is done.
    – The final ₹1 lakh is released upon full house completion.

The Minister urged officials to speed up construction before the rainy season sets in, ensuring timely completion of the homes for all beneficiaries.
