Former MP Ponnam Prabhakar criticized Karimnagar MP Bandi Sanjay, calling him a “joker” and saying he speaks without substance. Sanjay recently claimed that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao would be choosing the Congress party’s Assembly candidates. Prabhakar said Sanjay made this claim because he can’t accept the BJP’s defeat in Karnataka. Prabhakar also said that Sanjay had met with Minister Gangula Kamalakar, showing a friendly relationship between the BJP and BRS parties.
Prabhakar accused Chief Minister KCR of sponsoring Sanjay’s Padayatra in the state and orchestrating his arrest to generate media hype. He also expressed concerns about alleged irregularities in Karimnagar’s island development projects and questioned their transparency.
